COMPANY SAFETY POLICY
Twenty One Trading, Contracting & Services W.L.L

The Board of Directors believe that the Health, Safety and Welfare of its employees and others affected by its operations should have equal importance to quality, cost, production and morale.

In accepting this responsibility, the Board of Directors aim, so far as is reasonably practicable, to provide a working environment that is safe and without risk to health by paying particular attention to: –

a) The provision and maintenance of plant, equipment and systems of work that are safe and without risk to any person.
b) Safe arrangements for the handling, storage and transportation of articles and substances.
c) Sufficient information, instruction, training and supervision to enable all employees to avoid hazards and contribute positively to their Health and Safety at work. Adequate communication of information, instruction and
supervision will also be provided to avoid injury to any other persons likely to be affected.
d) Safe access to and egress from places of work.
e) The provision and maintenance of a working environment that is, so far as is reasonably practicable, adequate with regard facilities and arrangements for employee’s welfare at work.

This policy can only be successful with the active co-operation of all management, employees, contractors and visitors, who have a duty to offer all necessary assistance to ensure the Health and Safety of themselves and others.

The Board of Directors also believe that it is the responsibility of all employees to perform their assigned duties safely by following established safe working procedures, the correct use of personnel protective equipment (P.P.E.) or control measures and by reporting or, where able to do so safely, correcting unsafe acts or conditions.

The long-term business success of 21 TCS depends on our ability to continually improve the quality of our products and services while optimizing the health, safety, and state of wellbeing of our people. 21TCS conducts an active HSE policy to actively strive for ensuring occupational health & safety and environmental protection. In this process workers will be consulted and asked for participation, also workers representatives will be taking part in the management systems. The challenge we take is to responsibly manage and reduce this impact by:

» Complying with the DFVC ISO 9001:2015, DFVC ISO 14001:2015 & DFVC ISO 45001:2018 standards, the law and other relevant regulations and certifications
» Assess the environmental impact of all historical, current and future operation
» Manufacture safely and sustainably according to the latest technologies and standards
» Minimize our impact on the environment by pollution prevention, reduction of natural resource consumption and emissions, and the reduction and recycling of waste
» Ensure all employees know the safety regulations and are competent to conduct their tasks
» Providing equipment for personal and environmental protection
» Conduction of regular audits and inspections
» Reporting and registering (near) accidents and unsafe situations and identify if corrective or preventive measures are needed

We are a Qualified & Certified Company

We currently employ a team of fully qualified electricians and a number of apprentices. We have been registered with DFVC and therefore all our electricians are JIB registered. Our aim is to keep our services high and our prices very competitive.
